hello!? are you sleep Jeremy? our club is sold! to a grupo of english milloners! i think it is very good notice, vincent grande was good prestiend but now we have better. with a lot of money we can bring big names, i hope this move was for the best to us.
and in the signing news, we sign 2 new players. the left defender enrique corrales from osasuna, and our former home player pep lluis marti(he was born in mallorca and grow up our cantera)from sevilla. marti is a good player with exprience in the highst level. corrales i dont know him.

I think Fener is a solid club. I hope to see Guiza in Europe and kick ass. He is the largest transfer ever to Turkey.

I heard that Mallorca is not interested in Luque due to the wage bill he is demanding.

I'm actually excited about the move. Though I don't typically follow the Turkish League, I try to catch the Fener/Gala derbies, and follow the teams in European competitions. Fenerbahce is exceptional for their style of play, which combines fast pace/attacking football (that seems to be, thankfully, coming back in fashion), with a more physical side, and having a finisher like Guiza will make them a serious threat. I look forward to watching them play.

But still, I hate watching Spanish talent leave Spain. Good luck to your islanders in finding a quality replacement. You do usually manage.

guiza isnt planning to end his days at fener, he went there because aragones is there and they play at CL level something mallorca isnt doing, if he performs well in CL then more clubs will be interested and he can move to greener pastures. Also the turkish league isnt that shit, its about a tier 3 level, just slightly weaker then the dutch league.

I disagree that his move to Fener is that bad. Fener topped Sevilla last year in CL and came close to eliminating Chelsea (if it wasn't for unbelievable mistakes by Zico in the away game). This is a team with great aspirations. Succeeding in CL with a team like Fener would give Guiza even more press than being yet another guy in the bench in a team like Barca or Arsenal. In a way, he will be even more challenged in Fener than he would be in a top-tier club. There will be nowhere to hide. He will have to stand up and deliver each and every time. He's the guy hired for the hero role... Elsewhere, he would just be a supporting player.

Sorry to hear about your team's losses.

I do know a bit about Lionel Scaloni to share with you. He earned a name for himself at the U20 level when José Pekerman was his coach. While he was with the U20s he was an adept defender who would venture forward on occasion but never really had outstanding technical abilities.

With Deportivo, he was unable to become a regular starter and due to the many coaches his squad went through, some coaches liked his style and some didn't, which only made it harder for him to get more playing time. He was the enforcer of the squad and tried to impose that role into the many clubs he's been to since then.

He was called up to the Argentine squad for the World Cup in Germany in 2006 solely because he was one of Pekerman's players at a young age. Javier Zanetti, a starter in many people's opinions, was left off this squad precisely for not being one of Pekerman's players.

Scaloni, like I said, is an enforcer, a hard tackler with a big squarish body and not much technical ability. He's not my favorite for the national team or my favorite club team. He's also a touch hot-headed and has earned himself a red card on quite a few occasions. I guess you should play him at your own risk or maybe your coach will find a way to get something out of him no one else has been able to.

Good luck.
